IAAP CPACC : Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies

The IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies exam is split across 3 areas, with Principles of Accessibility (35%), Laws, Standards, and Policy (35%), Disabilities, Barriers, and Assistive Technologies (30%) carrying the most weight. Study in proportion to those shares — the full outline is in the section above this page.

The IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies exam costs USD 375 (IAAP member) / USD 450 (non-member, varies by region) per attempt, with Scaled score 500 (on a 200–800 scale) required to pass. Fail, and that fee returns in full for the retake. Practice with DumpsTests questions until your timed mock scores clear Scaled score 500 (on a 200–800 scale) comfortably — then the exam fee is a single payment, not a subscription.

The CPACC exam is IAAP's official certification test — passing it earns the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential at the Professional level. Its influence comes from how practical it is: employers use the IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies certificate as proof that you can do the work, not just talk about it. It also connects to Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), Accessible Document Specialist (ADS), Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA), giving the credential a natural next step.
